Honesdale, PA- Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to welcome Jolene Steele as the new Community Office Manager of the Geneva location at 389 Hamilton Street. Steele brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to leadership and community engagement.
In this role, Steele will be responsible for overseeing a range of key functions to ensure the continued success and growth of the Community Office. These include building and deepening customer relationships, sourcing new business opportunities, and overseeing the Community Office team.

Steele holds a BS from SUNY Oswego. She is a director for the boards of Waterloo Town Planning Board and Cayuga County Community Health Network, is Vice President of Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension, and is a member of the Seneca Falls Rotary Club. Steele resides in Waterloo with her husband, Scott, and their two dogs.
