Honesdale, PA – Jim Donnelly, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce that Wayne Bank has supported the Wyoming Free Library with a donation through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.
Colleen Garrison, President, Wyoming Free Library Board of Trustees; and John Roberts, Director, Wyoming Free Library accepted a check in the amount of $4,000 from Wayne Bank CEO, Jim Donnelly.

Other programs offered by the Wyoming Free Library include a LEGO Club, Minecraft events, various Reading Clubs and craft programs, a Coding Club, and a Children’s Produce Market.
“As a financial institution, we recognize the importance of investing in our communities’ future. By supporting the Wyoming Free Library, we are not just contributing to an organization, but to the dreams, education, and imagination of the next generation. Our donation is a commitment to ensuring that every child has access to the resources they need to succeed and thrive,” stated Mr. Donnelly.
The gift was made possible as a result of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program offered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the Department of Community and Economic Development.
