Honesdale, PA – Lewis J Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce that Michael E. Rollison has joined the Bank as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Mike will work out of the Bank’s Corporate Office on Main Street in Honesdale and will serve as a team leader, mentoring junior lenders in the Wayne and Pike County markets.
According to Mr. Critelli, “I am so pleased to welcome Mike to our outstanding commercial lending team. With 28 years in community banking, Mike will be an asset to local businesses across the region.”
Mike is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at The University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is President of Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County and serves on the board of the NEPA Alliance Finance Committee. He is a current member and former officer of both the Clean Energy Coop and the Wayne Pike Building Industry Association. Mike enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing and doing the same with his grandchildren. He resides in Damascus with his wife, Jocelyn Cramer, and their two bird dogs.
