Loans are subject to Wayne Bank’s credit policy. Certain restrictions apply. Minimum loan amount of $5,000. Maximum loan amount of $250,000. Ask for details.

Checklist

For the business:

  • Must be in business at least two full years

  • Business established date

  • Tax returns from the last one to two years (depending on loan amount applied for)

  • Business formation documents for new customers

  • Sales invoice (if applicable)

For the business owners with 25% or greater interest:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Valid e-mail address

  • Tax returns from the last one to two years (depending on the loan amount applied for)

  • Personal financial information
