Wayne Bank Customer Care Service Center was phenomenal today. I had issues regarding my account with Wayne bank and had the pleasure of talking to Krystle. Who not only tried her best to help me with my issue in a timely manner but also exhibited great professionalism. My issue was dealt with in less than a hour from the time I had originally reached out for help. Though at a point we were both stumped on what was causing the issue I was facing today. Krystle did everything she could to find a solution and called me back in ~10minutes and found a solution that worked perfectly. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received today and Krystle embodies the ideal traits for a key employee/representative that all companies look for in individuals.
