Wayne Bank Announces Promotion at its Cooperstown and Finger Lakes Offices

Honesdale, PA- Jim Donnelly, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Southard to Assistant Vice President and Central New York Regional Community Office Manager.

As Assistant Vice President, Southard leads the Bank of Cooperstown Community Offices, and oversees the Bank of the Finger Lakes Community Offices.

Southard joined the Bank in 2011, and has held different positions over the years, most recently as a Community Office Manager.

Mr. Donnelly stated, “Nicole has shown great leadership during her 12-year tenure with the Bank and is very deserving of her promotion to Assistant Vice President. Her dedication to Wayne Bank, Bank of Cooperstown and Bank of the Finger Lakes has contributed to the growth and success of the Bank. Southard holds an associate degree from SUNY Cobleskill. She resides in Richfield Springs with her husband, David, and their two dogs, Hank, and Duncan.
