Honesdale, PA – Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of several employees at Bank of the Finger Lakes in Geneva, NY.
Several employees from the bank’s commercial lending team at the Geneva Community Office were recently promoted: Kyle Ackart, Josh Burden, Jim King, and Michael Scaglione. Lisa Taylor, from the Loan Operations team, also received a promotion.
Mr. Critelli stated, “All of these individuals have extensive experience and are committed to their customers, as well as the local Finger Lakes community. They are an important asset to Wayne Bank and are highly deserving of these promotions.”
Kyle Ackart, promoted to Assistant Vice President, works with businesses in Geneva and Penn Yan to meet their borrowing needs. Ackart joined Bank of the Finger Lakes in January of 2016. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Keuka College and a MBA from St. John Fisher College. Ackart serves on the board of directors for the Geneva Family YMCA and resides in Rochester.
Josh Burden, promoted to Vice President, also works with local businesses to meet their borrowing needs. Burden joined Bank of the Finger Lakes in 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from SUNY Cortland. He is the past treasurer of the Geneva Lakefront Childcare Center in Geneva, and resides in Penn Yan.
Jim King, promoted to Senior Vice President, manages the banking relationships for his commercial and agricultural customers. King joined Bank of the Finger Lakes in 2019 and has 32 years of banking experience. He serves as the treasurer for the Seneca County Chamber Board of Directors. King resides in Waterloo with his wife, Tammy. They have one son.
Michael Scaglione, promoted to Senior Vice President, also manages the banking relationships for his commercial and agricultural customers. Scaglione joined Bank of the Finger Lakes in 2013 and has 30 years of banking experience. He serves on the Seneca County planning and Seneca Housing boards, assists the Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank Corporation and is a member of Seneca Falls Kiwanis. Scaglione resides in Seneca Falls with his fiancé, Debra. He has a son and daughter.
Lisa Taylor, promoted to Loan Operations Officer, is responsible for monitoring workflow within the commercial loan administration and documentation areas, as well as supporting the adherence of internal policies, procedures, and practices to stay compliant with all regulatory requirements. She works out of the Geneva Administration Office. Taylor was one of the first employees to start with Bank of the Finger Lakes in 2007 when it opened for business, and has over 17 years of banking experience. She holds an Associate’s Degree in accounting from FLCC. Taylor is an active team member for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Geneva. She resides in Geneva with her husband, Ryan, and their son.
