Marshalls Creek, PA – From August 1, 2024 – August 21, 2024, Wayne Bank’s Marshalls Creek Community Office will collect school supplies for the Middle Smithfield Elementary School. The Marshalls Creek Community Office located on 5165 Milford Road in East Stroudsburg will have a collection box set up in their lobby where items can be dropped off during regular business hours.
“We believe in the power of education and the importance of giving back. This back-to-school supply drive is a testament to our commitment to ensuring every child has the tools they need to succeed. We are very happy to help and support our local schools. Together, we can make a difference and help our students thrive”, explained Cheryl Wilkerson, Wayne Bank’s Marshalls Creek Community Office Manager.
All donations will be split between The Middle Smithfield Elementary School, Lehman Intermediate School, and Bushkill Elementary School, which are all part of the East Stroudsburg Area School District.
Middle Smithfield Elementary School, for grades K-5, provide a positive character-based learning environment that respects the varied academic, cultural, social, and emotional needs of its students.
Bushkill Elementary is a culturally diverse, rapidly growing, united community of grades K-5. They are dedicated to creating a sound foundation in shaping each student to become a positive, respectful, well-rounded citizen towards a lifelong journey of success.
Lehman Intermediate School focuses on students in grades 6-8. Students, staff, and parents work together collaboratively to create a vibrant learning community that values diversity and prepares students for the future.
All school supplies are appreciated for donation. This can include items such as folders, crayons, pencils, scissors, markers, notebooks, glue sticks, and more.
