Honesdale, Pa – Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen R. Gasper, CRMA, CFSA to Senior Vice President.
According to Mr. Critelli, “I am delighted to announce this promotion. Karen is an invaluable member of our compliance team who works tirelessly to manage the Bank Secrecy Act Program and ensure that all regulatory laws and requirements are adhered to. She is well-deserving of this special recognition for her continued dedication to protecting Wayne Bank. ”
Karen joined the Bank in February of 1999 and currently serves as the BSA/CRA/Regulatory Compliance Officer. She has held several titles during her tenure with Wayne Bank, including Loan Operation Manager and Internal Audit Manager. Karen holds a degree in accounting and has over 35 years of banking experience. She resides in Jermyn with her husband, John, and has two children, John and Emily.
