Honesdale, Pa – Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron DePasquale to Assistant Vice President.
According to Mr. Critelli, “I am so pleased to announce this promotion. Ron is an essential member of our operations leadership team and his dedication, knowledge, and broad skill set have been instrumental to the growth of our organization.”
Ron joined the Bank in 1998 and currently serves as the Facilities and Security Officer. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea for 18 months. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University and enjoys playing pool in several local leagues.
