The contribution will help to fund the school’s new digital scoreboard.

The Delaware Valley Educational Foundation is a non-profit, educational, and charitable community organization. The group works to secure resources from individuals, corporations, community organizations and foundations to be distributed in support of programs benefiting students in the Delaware Valley School District. This in turn, leading to the overall improvement of the quality of education, as well as an enhancement of community support for public education.

According to Wayne Bank Milford Community Office Manager, Madeline Portugal, “With the help of the bank’s sponsorship, Delaware Valley stadium will have a brand-new, state of the art, digital scoreboard installed this spring. Switching to digital is a technological upgrade for the school, that will not only allow them to run commercials and promotional opportunities which will be refreshed throughout the year but will also ensure that all advertising runs efficiently across the screen. As part of a total stadium upgrade, this is very exciting for not only the students and staff, but also for their families and members of the community as well.”
