Dixon is one of many women leading the financial services field into 2025. Dixon is actively involved in her community, serving on various school and sports committees.  This balance between her professional and personal life helps her maintain a well-rounded perspective in all that she does.  She resides in Waymart with her husband, John, and their three children, Finley, Natalie, and Logan.
