Online Banking FAQs

Online banking questions? You're not alone. See below for fast solutions:

  • On a computer:

    1. Open Chrome.
    2. On the right side of the toolbar, click the circular Profile, then click Passwords and Autofill, with the key icon.
    3. Select Google Password Manager.
    4. From there, you can view, delete, or export your saved passwords.
      • View saved passwords: Click the eye icon to the right of each password to see it. You’ll be prompted to type your computer password in to see it in plain text.
  • On a computer:

    1. Open Edge.
    2. On the right side of the toolbar, open the menu by clicking the three horizontal dots, then click Settings.
    3. On the Settings page, scroll down and click Passwords by Microsoft Wallet.
    4. Scroll down to find your Saved Passwords
      • View saved passwords: Click the arrow icon to the right of each account to see it. You’ll be prompted to type your computer password in to see it in plain text.

Mobile Banking FAQs

Your time is valuable, save it with quick answers to your mobile banking questions:

  • On a computer:

    1. Open Safari.
    2. Click Safari on the top left of your screen, then click Preferences.
    3. In the “Preferences” window, click the Passwords tab.
    4. After you input your computer password, you can view or delete your saved passwords.
      • View saved passwords: Click on a password to reveal your plain-text password.
  • On a computer:

    1. Open Firefox.
    2. On the right side of the toolbar, open the menu by clicking the three horizontal lines, then click Passwords
    3. On the left side of the password screen, select the websiteyou want to view the password for
      • View saved passwords: Click the eye icon to view your password in plain text.
