Wayne Bank Promotes Alison Menotti to Vice President, Loan Operations Manager

Honesdale, PA- Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alison Menotti to Vice President, Loan Operations Manager.

In her role as Vice President and Loan Operations Manager, Alison leads a team of eight professionals responsible for loan servicing operations that support individuals, families, and businesses throughout Wayne Bank’s service area. She also plays a key role in developing and enhancing internal systems, improving efficiencies, and advancing strategic initiatives across the Bank.

Alison joined Wayne Bank in January 2008 and has steadily progressed through a series of roles, including Teller, Loan Operations Associate, Commercial Loan Operations Associate, and Operations Supervisor. Her broad experience across multiple functional areas has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the Bank’s operations and a strong foundation for leadership. Alison currently resides in Waymart with her partner, Shane, and their Boston Terrier, Una.
