Wayne Bank Promotes Cheryl Wilkerson to Monroe County Regional Community Office Manager

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Cheryl Wilkerson to Monroe County Regional Community Office Manager.

“Cheryl’s promotion is a reflection of the leadership and passion she has shown since joining Wayne Bank,” said Mr. Donnelly. Cheryl joined Wayne Bank in 2007 as a part-time teller and has held several positions since. As the Regional Community Office Manager for Monroe County, she oversees daily operations, drives performance initiatives, and provides leadership and support to branch teams throughout the region. Cheryl went to Bergen Community College, where she studied Business Administration. She has taken several Fred Pryor courses, including How to Become a Great Communicator and How Mangers Become Great Leaders. She plays an active role in her community, participating in MCTI Care Day, a program that teaches students about financial literacy, the First Time Home Buyer Education Seminar, the 1,000 Pink Lights Walk for breast cancer awareness, and more.
