In his new role, Liner will lead the development of a commercial banking team focused on serving businesses and commercial customers throughout the Otsego and Ontario Counties along with their surrounding markets.

He currently serves as a Commercial Loan Officer and Vice President and has demonstrated a strong commitment to the customers and communities he serves.

“Kyle has developed a strong reputation for his knowledge of the local market and his commitment to his customers and community,” said Donnelly. “His experience and relationships in Otsego County make him well suited to lead the development of our commercial banking team in the market. We are excited to see Kyle take on this expanded leadership role as we continue to invest in our ability to serve local businesses.”

As Commercial Team Leader, Liner will be responsible for developing and growing a commercial banking team focused on providing businesses throughout Otsego and Ontario Counties with the expertise, responsiveness, and relationship-focused service they need to succeed. He will work to strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities to support local businesses and contribute to the continued growth of Wayne Bank’s commercial banking presence.

Liner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego and is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Wharton Leadership Program. He also serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for The Brookwood School, reflecting his ongoing commitment to education and community service.
