Wayne Bank Promotes Tonya Ryan to Vice President and Commercial Loan Documentation Manager

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tonya Ryan to Vice President and Commercial Loan Documentation Manager.

As Vice President and Commercial Loan Documentation Manager, Tonya oversees the commercial loan documentation team and is responsible for the preparation, review, and management of commercial documentation. She also actively participates in several internal committees, reviewing bank policies and procedures, and ensuring CRA, Fair Lending, and Compliance regulations are consistently followed.

Tonya holds a Business Studies Degree from Lackawanna College. She resides in Beach Lake, Pennsylvania with her husband, son and two dogs.
